Epic 1st Level Baddies

You start up the game, begin your adventure, ready for anythi– and one of the first baddies take you out! You start over, you won’t fall for their basic antics again. And perhaps you don’t the second time, but on the third, fourth, or fifth restart they beat you once more. Quickly, you learn how to defeat them, timing the jump, block, fire, or smash perfectly. You’ve done it: wasted entirely too much time and emotions on those epic 1st level baddies.

This is an homage to the baddies that gave us too much trouble when we were still levels away from anything truly terrible.
